To the Parishioners of Llanfaes.

Grants are available to meet educational needs. e.g. cost of text books, instruments, educational tapes, special coaching, extra computer lessons, sports fees, extra travel expenses or as in the case of the juniors footballers, sports clothing. Grants are available only to the inhabitants of the Parish of Llanfaes.

Application forms are available from the Village Shop, the Community Centre or the Secretary of the Trust, Iorwerth Rowlands on 810279.

The Trustees meet in April and October to consider the applications..

Applications should be submitted by October 5th for consideration at a meeting of the Trustees, to be held on 22nd October 2003

Grants to purchase football shirts for the youth team, extra music lessons, books for University studies and a computer course have already been awarded by the Trustees.

November 2003.

At a Llanfaes Trust meeting held on the 22nd November 03, the Trustees allocated amounts totalling £1189.00 to four young students residents of the parish of Llanfaes who were eligible for financial support under the constitution/rules of the Trust.

The Trustees send their good wishes to all four and hope the awards will help them on their way to a successful conclusion of their scholastic efforts.

The next meeting will be in April 04 and applications should be submitted by 15th March 04. Late applications will not be considered.
